How long does it take to receive the cookies once I place the order? What are your lead times for decorated cookies or gourmet cookies?

We require at least 7 to 10 days to place and send out your Decorated cookies order. If we do not have the shape you require in stock or you would like to order a special shape (for a logo etc.) we would need to custom order the cutter and that can take up to 3 weeks and you would be responsible for payment of that. (The price can go anywhere from $14 and up). We are able to order any shape you would like but this may take some time. We are a custom cookie company so our cookies are baked to order which means that we don't bake them until you order them. We prefer to have your order 2 to 3 weeks in advance and larger orders require more advance notice. We strive to provide you with the best quality cookies and take our time to make sure you receive a great product every time. Bear with us...you will be happy you did!

Gourmet cookies, can be done within 3 to 4 days and can be picked up at Eurobread and Cafe in Davie or can be shipped out anywhere in the US

You can place your order at any time and we will bake it and ship it according to the date you give us.

Can I get a sample of the cookies to taste before I order?

You can order a decorated cookie sample (of our choice). There is a $3.00 shipping and handling charge per sample cookie. (We can also send samples of the gourmet cookies with the same shipping charge). If you are ordering a specific sample, then it would be the price on the website plus a $4.00 shipping and handling charge. The sample can take up to 2 weeks before you receive it.

(Remember, if the cutter is a custom shape and not readily available it will have to be specially made and the customer is billed for this. If it is a readily available cutter and we do not have it in stock, we can order it and bill the customer.)

What if we want cookies right on the spot?

Fresh gourmet cookies are sold at The Museum of Art-Fort Lauderdale on Las Olas and at Eurobread Cafe in Davie. We pride ourselves on the freshest cookies and this is why we "Bake to Order" - we think you will agree its worth the wait.

Do you ship?

Yes we do. We ship all over the U.S. and have even shipped to London and as far as Dubai. Shipping costs are all covered by the buyer. We usually ship via USPS (US Postal Service) and in some cases UPS. USPS actually has been the quickest in our experience unless shipping overseas.

How are your cookies packaged?

Each cookie is individually wrapped in food grade, clear cellophane with a matching ribbon. You can choose ribbon colors based upon availability.

Gourmet cookies can be packaged individually, in sets of 2, 3, etc., or in platters of dozens.

Is there a minimum order of cookies?

There is a minimum order of a dozen of each shape and color of cookie. There are Seasonal gift boxes for purchase that have a variety of themed cookies. Gourmet cookies also have to be ordered in dozens or smaller cookies can be ordered in 1 1/2 dozens.

What are the ingredients in your decorated cookies?

We use all-purpose flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder and pure vanilla extract. Our icing is a combination of fondant (which contains powdered sugar, corn syrup and artificial colors) and Royal Icing (Confectioner's Sugar, dried egg whites and artificial colors).

Some of our cookies are decorated with a Glaze icing consisting of Confectioner's sugar, corn syrup and milk. This can be used on certain shapes. We try to ensure the best looking, best tasting cookies for our customers.

Are your cookies Kosher? Organic?

Our cookies are neither Kosher nor Organic. We do, however, use the finest whole ingredients we can buy.

Do your cookies have preservatives?

Our sugar cookies contain no preservatives. We recommend consumption within 3 weeks for best taste. Cookies are still good for up to 4 weeks.

We sell decorated sugar cookies with fondant and royal icing. We also carry a variety of other types of cookies.

Do your cookies contain peanuts or traces of peanuts?

Our decorated cookies do not contain peanuts. Our Peanut Butter Chip does contain peanuts and the equipment in our kitchen may contain traces of peanuts. It is always best when in doubt to not consume our products,

What is the best way to preserve your cookies once we get them?

Once you get the decorated cookies, it is best to store them in an air tight container at room temperature and consume within a few weeks. The gourmet cookies can be frozen and stored in the freezer and restored back to room temperature for best taste.

How are these cookies shipped?

We ship our cookies with the utmost care. We use die cut boxes that are the sturdiest available on the market. If cookies arrive broken they must be returned for credit or replacement. We do our best to ensure this does not happen.

Do you accept returns?

We apologize that because our cookies are custom ordered and have a short shelf life, we do not accept returns.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If the cookies are already being produced you may be required to purchase them. It is best to let us know as soon as possible to avert this situation

Where are you located?

We operate in a commercial kitchen in Davie, Florida. We currently operate out of a commercial kitchen and do not have a storefront open to the public. If you live in the Ft. Lauderdale area and would like to set up an appointment for us to design a custom cookie for your special event and taste a sample cookie, please call us to set up an appointment.

How do I pay?

You can pay via any Credit Card through PayPal or you can mail us a check. If you are placing a large order, you may be required to pay 50% up front.
